The signal lines are protected by ultra-low capacitance ESD suppressors in a chip-scale CSP0603-2L package, which occupies minimal PCB area and provides ESD protection up to 20KV. Vbus is protected by an ESD suppressor in a compact DFN1610 package, offering ESD protection up to 25KV.
