Protection Solution for USB Power Delivery 3.1

On May 25, 2021, the USB-IF Association launched the latest USB PD3.1 fast charging standard specification, which updated the chapter on power supply capability.
The USB PD3.1 specification classifies the original USB PD3.0 content into the Standard Power Range (SPR).
The maximum power remains unchanged at 100W;
At the same time, the Extended Power Range (EPR) is added, and the maximum power is extended from 100W to 240W.
